William H. Lancaster, Esq.
A graduate of the University of Virginia Law School, Mr. Lancaster has practiced civil litigation in California since 1985. Mr. Lancaster’s practice experience covers an array of civil litigation disputes, claims and issues and is marked by significant jury and bench trial and arbitration experience and appellate representations in the federal and California courts, including class actions, multi-party and coordinated litigation, as well as single plaintiff cases. His focus practice areas include complex commercial litigation; general business and contract litigation; UCC and product warranty defense; unfair competition, unfair business practices and false advertising defense and prosecution; business torts; partnership and corporate/business dissolutions; trade secret protection and misappropriation and restrictive covenants; employment litigation defense (including discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, disability, FMLA and OWBPA claims); securities, investment, broker and financial litigation; wage and hour violations; commission, chargeback and overtime exemption claims; ADA; WARN Act defense; and real estate fraud disputes, including class action, multi-party, and coordinated litigation.

Damon C. Anastasia, Esq.
A graduate of Boston College Law School and UCLA, Mr. Anastasia has practiced civil litigation in California since 1992. Mr. Anastasia’s practice experience covers all aspects of pre-trial, trial (jury and non-jury) and appellate litigation, class action, multi-party and individual litigation, including matters involving unfair competition; breach of contract; business torts; partnership and corporate/business dissolution; trade secret protection and misappropriation and restrictive covenants; commission, chargeback and overtime exemption claims. In addition to his practice experience, Mr. Anastasia served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable David S. Nelson of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and Judicial Extern to the Honorable Stephen R. Reinhardt of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Anastasia’s pro bono activities include service as a Judge, pro tempore, of the Superior Court of the State of California, for the County of Los
Angeles and as a Deputy Commissioner of Civil Marriages.
